Platinum Group Announces Sale of Rancher’s Legacy Meat Co.

Producer of high-quality beef and pork products sold to investor group

MINNETONKA, Minn. (March 23, 2022) – Platinum Group, a business advisory firm based in Minnetonka, Minn., today announced it completed the sale of Rancher’s Legacy Meat Company, a Vadnais Heights, Minn., based producer of high-quality beef and pork products, to a  third-party investment group. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Rancher’s Legacy retained Platinum Group as its exclusive advisor to locate, negotiate and close the sale of the company. A nationwide marketing effort located a strategic group interested in entering this market. Platinum led the Company in the due diligence process and through to a close for the benefit of stakeholders.
