Randy is an effective business leader with broad experience. He has guided a multi-office CPA firm for 10 years and a multi-campus Christian school for six years. With more than 35 years as a CPA, Randy enjoys helping business owners and stakeholders to interpret their financial statements and bring impact on business plans. As a board member of several nonprofits and a private construction company, he has led changes in strategic direction, hired new leaders, and helped implement turnarounds and transitions.

Outside of the office, Randy enjoys travel, hiking, music and reading. Randy and his wife Rachel especially enjoy travels to spend time with two special grandsons and their parents.
