Jennifer’s background includes 20 years of HR leadership with growing companies and consulting firms in hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, and professional services. Her experience covers a wide gamut of talent acquisition and management functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and coaching and mentoring. She focuses on strategies that connect the business vision throughout the organization — with the right systems, policies and people in place for long-range success. Her goal is to find the best balance between the needs of the organization and the needs of employees.
Jennifer enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle with her husband, two daughters and two golden retrievers. Kickboxing is a favorite outlet, in addition to camping, paddle boarding, downhill skiing and snowmobiling.
