Rod draws from a deep understanding and years of experience working with all tranches of the balance sheet ranging from purchase order finance, factoring assets based loans, senior debt subordinated debt and equity.

Rod has been married to his wife for over 17 years. He and his wife have four children and enjoy attending their football, swimming, lacrosse and hockey events.
