Platinum’s Ken Ritterspach is co-chairing this year’s “Cheers for Charity,” a Bloomington Noon Rotary event set for June 29 at the Mall of America. Featuring live, local band Bigly, Minnesota craft beers, wine, games and prizes, the event runs from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in MOA’s north parking lot.
In its fourth year “Cheers for Charity” supports local charities with an emphasis on fighting hunger, including Bloomington food shelf VEAP. “It’s a creative way to fundraise that is a big win for this cause: Drink some beer and feel great about it,” Ken says. “We plan to have 1,000+ people — rain or shine!”
Well known as a certified EOS implementer, Ken enjoys the fellowship of the Bloomington Noon Rotary every Monday for lunch and likes how the Rotary makes a difference around the world and local communities.
